Back to the First French MOFs Congress
The First French Congress "MOFs, COFs and Porous Polymers", supported by Respore, was held in Paris at the premises of Chimie ParisTech, on May 16 and 17, 2018. It brought together French and international researchers in order to discuss the latest advances in this area and start an effort to structure this theme on a national scale (including our Belgian friends).
This conference was an opportunity to illustrate the many facets of these porous hybrid or organic solids, from their design, modeling, characterization to the study of their potential applications. The network's young researchers were also able to present their work and interact with their peers.
The event was organized around two prestigious plenary lectures by prof. Susumu Kitagawa and Mohamed Eddaoudi as well as thirty-three oral sessions, a poster session for the young researchers and students of the network to conclude with a round table articulated around the future of this community.
Organizers: François-Xavier Coudert (CNRS-Chimie Paris Tech), Guillaume Maurin (CNRS-Université de Montpellier), Christian Serre (CNRS-ENS-ESPCI)
