Abstract:
The project aims to develop an innovative industrial device using the nanopore technology for single-molecule analysis in the context of in vitro medical diagnostics. The ambition is to perform nanopore-based single-molecule analysis of very low quantities of biomarkers from a single patient cell. This is of particular importance in the context of early diagnostics and in the perspective of tomorrow's medicine.
