I am a physicist and engineer, with a strong interest in the physics of complex and reactive flows in porous media. My work aims to improve our fundamental understanding of the circulation of bacteria in soil, rocks and other porous media using microfluidic or micro-model experiments. My results are then applied to problems related to the fields of energy (oil recovery), environment (pollution control) and civil engineering (soil reinforcement).
