Compute cluster - NIMBE

Our computer consists of 22 + 1 nodes (master) with a total of 320 AMD Opteron cores under Linux (CentOS). The nodes are connected via a low latency Infiniband network. The quantum chemistry softwares available on the cluster are mainly ADF, CFOUR, DALTON, DIRAC, GAMESS-US, MOLPRO, ORCA, TURBOMOLE. Classical molecular dynamics simulations with polarizable force fields are also possible via the TINKER software.
